[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Translations of "<i>doesn't</i>" (Issue #5432)

There are issues with this sentence:
`What it %{doesnt} include is opinionated data like ratings, historical or
hypothetical features, and data from copyrighted sources. Unless you have special
permission, don't copy from online or paper maps.`
which is used on https://www.openstreetmap.org/welcome

A user reported that is hard to translate "doesn't" separately in Turkish:

The issue isn't only in Turkish. In English, italic writing can be used to distinguish a word in a sentence, but in other languages it's not used or other methods are used.

Therefore, I propose to give up highlighting the word here at all.
