If display name or email is not available, clicking "Signup" would highlight that field and add a note that the value is already in use. In case of email conflict, it would display it in edit box, forcing user to modify it, and go through the "verify email" scenario.
So the email field would appear if the OAuth didn't return one?
But it does remove the ability for the user to change that email (if one was returned) or set a password as part of the signup.
