I see, thanks. On the previous design the text was some kind of additional information (on Desktop). The styling as headline + copy made more sense in this context IMO. To preserve this intention in the new layout, how about making the headlines less prominent?

I also thing we should move the 
> Sign up to get started contributing.

to above the box where right now the "Signup with OpenStreetMap to access Microsoft Map builder." text is written. The sentences have the same meaning (in different flows) and are a good way to start into the page.
