[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Set "login/signup" page width equal to "about" page width (PR #4954)

I'm certainly sympathetic to this - if I had noticed it when merging the increase in icon size then I would probably have questioned it but I don't have a full set of authentication providers in my dev instance so didn't see it.

I think my only question before merging it would be to ask if @stalker314314 has any comments on how and why the 600px width was chosen?
