_Have_, _we_, _ever_ and _documented_ are doing some very heavy lifting there, it's _yes_ as in the only official documentation is the code, or/and _no_ as in it has never been exposed in the capabilities call, see the issue I linked above https://github.com/MarcusWolschon/osmeditor4android/issues/590
