Generally speaking, issues that you see with a particular map style at the OpenStreetMap site should be raised with the authors of that map style.  However, the "OpenStreetMap" map style that you are looking it is the "Humanitarian" one.  That was developed at https://github.com/hotosm/HDM-CartoCSS , but has been read-only since May, so instead I'd suggest trying a different map style of the 8 available at osm.org.

I'd also check that the underlying data contains what you expect, as there have been recent changes to some names in some countries where Berber names were present - try searching for the thing that you are looking for and looking for the underlying fields in the data.  For general discussion about this sort of thing the community forum https://community.openstreetmap.org might be a useful place to discuss it
