(not used in GSoC 2025 or picked up in original issue, therefore still open);
the parsing of Nominatim's special phrases is meanwhile [still being contributed to](https://github.com/osm-search/Nominatim/pulls?q=is%3Apr+phrases+is%3Aclosed).
