[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add "remove marker" to context menu (Issue #6650)

### Problem

In 
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/499515/how-to-get-rid-of-marker-in-openstreetmap we see the user wants to remove a marker.

I propose (somebody please)
add a choice in the context menu to "Remove marker" when a marker is what we right clicked on.
