[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add "remove marker" to context menu (Issue #6650)

I ran into this myself, once a marker is added, there’s no obvious way to remove it via the UI. A context-menu option would make this much more intuitive. Happy to help with implementation if needed.
