### How to reproduce the issue?
Example from the "About" page: OpenStreetMap is %{open_data}: you are free to use it for any purpose ...
Translatewiki doesn't allow a translator to override the use of the parameter in a translation forcing the text to end up grammatically incorrect even if rearranged and reformulated.
I don't believe there is any good solution outside of not using a parameter/lego translation in the first place.
