[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Repo: editor help to find eslint config file (Issue #5572)

As far as I can tell that initialiser isn't really needed - removing it produces no new errors or warnings so whatever the problem was with those generated files no longer appears to be an issue.

Even if it was we could use a global ignore rule in the eslint config file instead to tell eslint to ignore those files.
