[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Map Data overlay should not zoom by itself (Issue #3360)

It seems that Issue, as well as https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/2800 https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/3243, become outdated after

https://github.com/openstreetmap/leaflet-osm/pull/43 (freezing before a warning)
https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/5563 (XML -> JSON)
https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/5474 (freezing after consent to rendering)

The only possible problem is that it will be difficult to move the map. However, now the browser is no longer frozen.
