### How to reproduce the issue?

On mobile, clicking (single short tap with single finger) on changeset comment or changeset in changeset list, or changeset highlight on map, on History page does not always directly open changeset details page.
On the one hand, if this happened consistently it might help properly highlight 'hovered' changeset (there is no concept of hover but scrolling changeset list by dragging will also soft click on changesets which makes them grey in changeset list) avoid some users from opening changeset by accident
However, the following does not seem to be intended behaviour

1. Open openstreetmap.org website on mobile phone browser
2. Click on History in top menu to open history page
3. Try to click on changeset in changest list, or on changeset highlight on map
4. Results in varying response either opening changeset directly or requiring one or more additional actions.

- user could click once on link or highlight and it opens
- user might have to click twice for it to open
- user might click once on the changeset in the changeset list and then another time on the changeset comment and then another time on the changeset comment before it opens
- user might at this point get confused by this inconsistent behaviour, which slows them down, by trying to scroll, pan and/or reload etc. the page to try to get it to work properly again. but also this can be inconsistent.
(now since I don't have direct way of clearing cache unless I do so via desktop I have not tried testing this)

I can not consistently reproduce this behaviour.

On desktop, clicking (single short tap with left mouse button) on changeset in changeset list in general works fine. (also changeset comment element does not directly seem to have separate interaction from rest of the element)

Logged/signed in/out: at least when logged out, I don't think logged in would improve/worsen it in this case.

I think it might be relatively recent as well. Before clicking always worked properly iirc.

Sidenote: another minor visual issue is that multiple changesets can become 'hovered' when scrolling and display in grey will linger in changeset list until it is selected again or similar.
