[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Allow changesets to be searched (#2481)

Partially resolved by
- user profile heatmap; clicking on a cell will scroll to relevant changesets in user history (see #5805 )
- history relative date colour; right clicking on a changeset on the map and clicking 'scroll to changeset' will similarly scroll to relavant changeset in (user) history (see #6059 );
on mobile it may be harder, see https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/6264#issuecomment-3139900549.
