[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Link to Nominatim is missing viewbox parameter (Issue #5859)

Interesting that the viewbox parameter is present when the bbox parameters are included in the querystring like https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=github&minlon=0&maxlat=1&maxlon=1&minlat=0.
I couldn't find why the data sent from the form isn't used.
