Sidenote: The 'Make a Donation' button was formerly in the combined about/secondary menu ([Example](https://web.archive.org/web/20131112125459/http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=5/51.495/0.000));
(It might have been below the fold on at least some screens at 100% zoom.)
