for what it's worth, we open sourced a tool (assrt.ai) that does the auto-discovery and Playwright test generation approach I mentioned. you point it at your running app and it generates real Playwright test files, which could help bootstrap the new suite faster than manual migration. the browser concurrency management is here: https://github.com/m13v/browser-lock/blob/main/playwright-lock.sh
