As of openstreetmap/iD at 668c17ad1ea8cb3da231ace621ddfd98d8a5db65 for openstreetmap/iD#4765, iD labels coordinates twice: once in sexagesimal (degree-minute-second) notation localized, and a second time in decimal notation unlocalized. Presumably this compromise is consistent with ISO 6709, which prefers decimal over sexagesimal anyways.

Incidentally, in this project, the coordinate pair is only partially localized. For example, [Bengali](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/141045748?locale=bn) uses non-European numerals, but the digits are always in European numerals (for other numeric labels as well).
