[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Translations: "Toggle Attribution" (Issue #6967)

They are currently NOT avaliable on the web, because not deployed.
Once they deplyoed, you will be able to see this in the accessibility console or the assstive tooling of your choice (i.e. only for blild people to know that this is an Map Marker, toglable attribution or map).

Translating these fairly literally is a good call imo, not sure how to add a suggestion to transatewiki where these are found.
