[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Translation showing 100%, but some translations seem missing? (Issue #6670)

### Problem

for example,  https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Time.formats.blog/en has translations in some languages like https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Time.formats.blog/de, but Croatian (https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Osm:Time.formats.blog/hr) is missing.

However, [statistics](https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:MessageGroupStats?group=out-osm-0-all&messages=&x=D) say that Croatian (Hrvatski) is 100% translated:

### Description

How do I find out **_all_** pages which are missing a Croatian translation?


(I've tried scanning https://translatewiki.net/wiki/FAQ but didn't find the answer)
