[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Include Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics on openstreetmap.org/copyright (Issue #6742)

Please add Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics to the _Our contributors_ section at https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright.

This is regarding https://www.nbs.go.tz/nbs/takwimu/references/Licence-Agreement-NBS.pdf. This licence was approved by LWG at the January meeting,  per an email from @kathleenlu09.

The addition could be something like:

 <strong>Tanzania</strong>: Contains data sourced from the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics (<a href="https://www.nbs.go.tz/">NBS</a>). <a href="https://www.nbs.go.tz/nbs/takwimu/references/Licence-Agreement-NBS.pdf">Licence Agreement</a>.

```
which renders as:
