Hi yes, confirming on behalf of LWG that we discussed at our most recent meeting and we agreed that it would be appropriate for this license from Tanzania to be added to https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright in addition to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Contributors because it is a national-level license.
