[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] URL for search results does not change when scrolling (Issue #6893)

It isn’t super intuitive, but the search results panel is designed to behave more like a combo box dropdown menu than a standard paginated listing. If this were a page with previous and next buttons, we definitely would want to persist the page you’re on, but as it is, this is just a ranking of relevant results given the current query state. We don’t expect users to be able to navigate to a particular page of these results.
