[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Avoid autolink patterns that trigger too easily (PR #7154)

Funnily enough, initially I wrote it, but I wasn't sure about leaving this test of code that doesn't exist. My thinking is that a future reader my wonder why that test is there. Compare with the test about "year misinterpretation", which tests a specific regexp that does exist in the codebase and someone could think of altering.

I added it back, with a comment explaining where it comes from. How about that?
