[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Avoid autolink patterns that trigger too easily (PR #7154)

I'm not sure about the other space-based patterns: "note 12345", "way 12345", etc. Perhaps someone could write "I reverted changeset 12345 but note 12346 is still being discussed" as in "note (that) 12346", which would link the wrong thing. Thoughts?
