[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] OpenCycleMap key incomplete (Issue #7168)

mvl22 created an issue (openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website#7168)



The OpenCycleMap background layer now has a very useful key (thanks to @AntonKhorev in #4448 and others), but it remains incomplete with a few gaps.

I have identified the following missing items, which would be good to add:

- Crossings (foot only): yellow circle, e.g. [examples here](https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/51.443198/-0.365725&layers=C)
- Crossings (foot and cycle): green circle, e.g. [examples here](https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=17/51.443198/-0.365725&layers=C)

- Cycleways (drawn separately from a road) are currently shown as dashed line, but this was [changed in March 2022](https://x.com/gravitystorm/status/1504844360231362562). A good location demonstrating the change can be seen at [this location](https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=18/51.442575/-0.374646&layers=C). It is now:
  - Cycleway (hard surface): Solid blue line
  - Cycleway (moderate/unknown surface): Dashed blue line
  - Cycleway (poor surface): Dotted line

- Cycleways alongside the road, also [changed in March 2022](https://x.com/gravitystorm/status/1504845436569403434), with an [example here of the two variants](https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/52.192222/0.134336&layers=C), and is now:
  - Cycle lane (mandatory/advisory painted lane) on road: dashed blue casing
  - Cycle track on road (light segregation): solid blue casing
