[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Refreshing after clicking 'Go To Home Location' doesn't work (Issue #7187)

Yes it's because #4926 changed the home location link to actually route to a new /account/home URL so when you reload you are reloading that page which not unsurprisingly takes you back home.

It seems we didn't realise when we were reviewing it that it would have this bad side effect.
