[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Remove uses of deprecated `#mark_deleted` (PR #6857)

The problem with the other test is that unlike `mark_deleted!` the `soft_destroy!` method revokes all the user's OAuth tokens meaning that all the subsequent API calls fail with a unauthorized error.

This is fine as it is anyway, thanks.
