[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add "See more diaries" link to bottom of profiles (Issue #6912)

### Problem

1. Read to the bottom of e.g., https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/SimonPoole
2. There are exactly four "Latest Diaries" entries, and that's it.
3. If we want to find more, then we must look around, and at the top of the page, find the Diary link.

Therefore, please add a "See more diaries" link at the bottom of profile pages (of people with more than four diary entries.) Yes, even if it is the same link as on the top of the profile.
