[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add "See more diaries" link to bottom of profiles (Issue #6912)

Same problem on e.g., https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/rphyrin/diary/408331

We hit the bottom of the article and wonder if that person only has one diary entry, as there are no "next, previous" etc. buttons at bottom.

We must poke around to find the answer.

It doesn't help that at top there is
```
<h1><a href="/user/rphyrin/diary">rphyrin's Diary</a></h1>
```
making it look like that's all there is, one article.
