If this is the goal, then tracking the last log in isn't sufficient. We would also need to track when they've last used their account, either because they've managed to stay logged in (potentially for months) or because they've continued to use OAuth tokens without recently signing in.

If you can add a bit more background (e.g. are you hoping to remove (unused?) inactive accounts? Or something else?), then we can make sure that we implement the full requirements.
