I have an external bayesian filter I use for identifying accounts being using for posting SEO/Spam/Backlinks to social media links and/or user profile descriptions. I have used this system to suspend 3 million+ accounts. I only suspend accounts which appear not have been used for any other purpose than posting the spam. Aka: Never mapped, never uploaded traces, and never created notes.

A tiny percentage of these OpenStreetMap.org accounts "unused" accounts, have been created by charities, clubs, non-profits, and similar organisations to use community.osm.org, [Umap](https://umap.openstreetmap.fr/en/), etc. These services use OpenStreetMap.org OAuth2. These accounts often add user profile descriptions or social media links which appear somewhat spammy to the bayesian filter.

It would be helpful for me to be have a signal to tell if an account is "in-use" for login purposes.
