I’m guessing there’s a JavaScript error somewhere in the page initialization code that blocks even Leaflet from loading correctly. In order for us to diagnose the issue, we’ll need more information from you. If you have a Mac:

1. On your Mac, enable Safari’s Develop menu (in Preferences, Advanced, Show Develop menu in menu bar).
2. Connect your phone to your Mac.
3. On your phone, enable the Web Inspector (in Settings, Safari, Advanced).
4. On your Mac, go to Develop, your phone’s name, OpenStreetMap.
5. Switch to the Console tab and copy any errors you see.
