[Rebuild] Objects which have been deleted

Ok, thanks for the answer.
I understand for the node. I'm disapointed about 'mdk'. If he hadn't worked
on it, the original node would be in the database today.

However, I'm surprise about the relation.
I know that I can recreate the relation, but I hope it's not a bug in the
bot. If the relation is ODBL-compatible, why it has been deleted ?
The bot is going to run on the entire planet, and if some objects are
deleted like this relation, I would be very surprise !

Is there a way to see all deleted-objects ?
Not like the BAD-Map, but more like Osm Inspector License Change ? (to see
all the nodes and way)
