[Rebuild] OSMI, CLEANMAP, JOSM and openstreetmap-license-change

I'd like to understand how OSMI, CLEANMAP, and the JOSM licensechange
plugin consider clean objects in comparison to the "official" cleaning
code [0]. I believe none of them directly use this code, but perhaps
I'm wrong. Are there any other visualizations using this code, or do
Frederik and Simon plan to start using this code? Since the code
hasn't seen many changes in the past few days, and plans are to start
running this code in a little over a week, it would be great to have a
visualization of the actual end result as soon as possible so that we
can have a last minute rush to find test failures and of course to
continue cleaning (with more certainty).
