[Routing] [motorway_link] description of direction

I agree with Frederik.
I think that relations are the best solution for this issue.
But I suggest to add a member type like "track" with values
"left/middle/right" or somthing like that.
This could be handled as hint for router or in-car routing software,
because of complex junctions. At Braunschweig there is a junction where
you have to use the left track as exit (right track leading to another
motorway).
I open a proposal tomorrow, so everybody can discuss this issue.
