Hello frederik,

I would not add the spelled out driving-instructions itself but
only the hints(related elements) and parameters(names on signs).
The reason is, that instructions should be the same for all junctions
in a program and that programs come translated into many different
languages.
Thus the actual sentences should not be in the map (in vaying degrees
of quality and highly redundant) but in the navigation-software (once).
