[Routing] How to create a routing data from planet.osm

Hi,

Yes, such a tool exists.
The wiki documentation is not completed yet (because it's very new), but
the READMe should tell you all you need.
It's called osm2pgrouting and you can get it like this:
http://pgrouting.postlbs.org/wiki/tools/osm2pgrouting
