I should also point out that it's a case of an xxxx_link road combining with
an xxxx road. It's probably a general rule that this means "merge" and not
"intersection".
If not, maybe we could tag the node with some sort of merge=yes? That would
clearly distinguish between an intersection and a merge, if in fact there
are instances of xxxx_link combining with xxxx roads which aren't merges.
OTOH, maybe we could make merge=yes the default in that situation, and just
tag merge=no in those cases where it isn't the case.
I don't have a database handy right at the moment, so I'm not able to do a
proper sampling of the instances of xxxx_link merging with xxxx.
