[Routing] Routing demo (with OSRM) for all of Europe

hi, Frederik:
The demo seems to be much more responsive than the demo
(http://routingdemo.geofabrik.de/) from OSRM trac site. I've also built
OSRM and used it as local routing server several weeks ago, while the
ram usage was kinda high for a relative small dataset. According to the
demo, it seems that no weight can be set for the route.
