Hello,
I have worked on the YOURS / Gosmore server. There is good documentation
here. If you have any questions, please ask.

It covers the whole world. It is hosted on a Quad core with 16GB RAM.
Unfortunately we do not have a server for doing the updates. So the data is
only updated a few times a year.
