[Sotm-asia] Let's re-start discussion about SotM Asia!!

Hi Daniel,
I haven't discussed it with the group in Indonesia but I think Bali would
also be a potential location or maybe Yogyakarta.
I think having two events together is one thing to keep in mind. We should
probably also look at the potential of sponsorship as well. Are there
locations that are going to be able to receive financial support if
SotM-Asia is there instead of somewhere else. This could potentially reduce
ticket costs for attendees for example. I haven't completely discussed it
with everyone we work with in Indonesia, but that is maybe a possibility
here.
Perhaps scheduling an IRC chat would be a good way to hash things out?
