Dear Christopher,

Perhaps your stated goal of setting up an OSM-GB chapter would be
better served by your participating in the Local Chapters Working
Group?  http://www.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Working_Groups#Local_Chapters_Working_Group

This is not to say that there won't be some overlap and shared
interests between the SWG and LCWG.  And this is certainly not to say
that you would be unwelcome on either or both.  I also believe that
Mikel looks lonely on the wiki.
