[Strategic] Let's go - 2010 hardware funding

Strategic,

I need to get the ball rolling on funding this next round of hardware
upgrades soonish.
The easiest for me is to update http://donate.openstreetmap.org/ and
call for another donation drive. (Pending OSMF + treasurer approval)

Unless strategic has better suggestions or would like additional information?
