[Strategic] Let's go - 2010 hardware funding

I would tend to agree with Richard, we should use the existing donation 
mechanism to address the short term needs.

Hopefully in the future we will be able to identify other sources of 
funding so that we can ensure that from a hardware perspective the right 
resources are well ahead of when they are required.
