I'd be interested in seeing more specifics defined in there.
Are there more formal definitions in a wiki somewhere?
For example I like the idea of electing a leader, but really what does that mean? Also there could be other options like a community elected board seat.
Just thinking more discussion should perhaps happen before the doodling:).
And maybe it did and I just missed it somewhere.
