[Strategic] Article of Association meeting later today

Hi all,

There is another meeting of the AoA subcommittee planned later today (5pm
GMT) on IRC.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it, due to travel. I would like to
suggest to* move the meeting an hour later (6pm GMT). *
