Wouldn't your description of SWG rather be a Financial WG than SWG?

The choice of services to provide on the main website can have 
significant implications of how the project is perceived, who it 
attracts and how well it succeeds. So imho the choice of service offered 
by OSMF is a strategic choice if it costs money or not. So imho is one 
of the core aspects SWG should be involved in.

Who else would otherwise decided what services goes on the website?
