Don't know - same people who did so in the 5 years before SWG came to 
be, I guess? Work involved in deciding what goes on the main page should 
not be different from what it was a few years ago so I would have 
thought we don't suddenly need a change here. Whereas with money it is 
different, the larger our budget (and larger it gets) the more work in 
determining what to spend it for.
