[Strategic] Today's meeting, and completing the "suggestions trawl" by next week

Okay, I trawled through the HOT mailing list. There were things that
could maybe be considered suggestions but HOT is doing them.
For example someone posted suggesting that HOT apply to the GeoEye
foundation to ask for free imagery that way. I didn't put suggestions
for HOT in the list. Maybe I should have.
